Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working with Automation Anywhere to develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, build demos, create proofs of concept, and contribute to sales proposals.

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, including technical planning, process discovery, automation development, and maintenance. Build strong relationships with clients, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams.

• Support the growth of the company’s proprietary automation products and solutions.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years as an RPA Business Analyst in global or large organisation.

• Expertise in tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or MS Power Platform.

• Deep understanding of business operations and processes for automation.

• Fluent in German and English (C1+).

• Authorised to work in Germany without sponsorship

Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in identifying, analysing, and optimising business processes for automation.

• Prepare Process Definition Documentation (PDD) and collaborate with developers to design, test, and deliver flawless automated solutions.

• Work across RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-focused projects, driving transformational change.

• Ensure solutions meet internal client requirements and maintain the highest quality standards.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as an RPA Developer with deep proficiency in UiPath workflow design and implementation.

• Knowledge of RPA best practices and methodologies, with a track record of delivering successful automation projects.

• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Technical skills in areas such as API integration, VB.NET, C#, or Python are highly desirable.

• Prior experience or strong proven interest in AI such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM's etc

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.

• Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyse operations and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.

• Ensuring robust, scalable, and reliable automation by adhering to best practices in development, testing, and deployment.

• Proactively optimising and maintaining existing workflows to enhance performance and reliability.

• Providing expert troubleshooting, training, and support to end-users for implemented RPA solutions.
