• Responsible for containerizing applications

• Perform system maintenance Create system backups Monitor system performance Monitor running services on system Experience of installing any web server or maintenance of web server Experience of handling any publicly accessible server (application that is hosted on this server) Provide technical support and guidance Maintain security and compliance for our infrastructure within the parameters set forth by our security team Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our technologies Automate tasks that will increase the efficiency and velocity of our daily workflow

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications

• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Python frameworks like Django (DRF), FastAPI good to have

• Implement and manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

• Basic front-end collaboration: Work alongside UX team to implement designs in React, ensuring the final product matches our vision

• Design user-centric interfaces: Create visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces that enhance the user experience Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions Prototyping & wireframing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively with the help of UX team Design system management: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure consistency across product. User research: Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems

• Engage in high-volume outbound sales activity to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets

• Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and LinkedIn Act as the initial point of contact with prospective clients and effectively deliver the E42 value proposition Qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening to understand their business objectives and potential use of E42’s platform Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and manage a large portfolio of target accounts Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in all interactions Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations and remain up to date on industry news
