Education Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Account Manager, and / or Customer Success Manager (CSM) in technology-related businesses
Specific experience leading large, global company customer relationships.
Familiarity or expertise with mobile application development, website creation and app stores.
Experience working within an agile framework and scrum methodology (working with cross functional teams in sprint formats).
Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) a plus
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English. Native French speakers are a plus.

Work closely with all cross functional teams including Technical Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, UX designers, Developers, and QA engineers to deliver high-performing, scalable, and maintainable mobile apps that meet functional requirements and solve business challenges communicated by customers.
Dedicate time and care to deliver professionally written customer communication, as well as verbal communication via conference calls.
Regularly communicate and push-forward the status of all project related tasks.
