Which plan is right for me?
Choosing the right plan depends on your individual or business needs: Pay-as-you-go: Perfect for hobbyists, solo developers, or those starting with AI chatbots. Team: Ideal for teams wanting more features and for those who are spending above $495 on limit increases in the Pay-as-you-go Plan. Enterprise: Best for organizations that need robust solutions, advanced features, and premium support.
What is considered an incoming message & event?
An incoming message & event is any action that triggers bot activation. Only incoming messages & events that a bot listens to count towards the quota. Examples include user messages, reactions, proactive triggers, session timeouts, opening Shareable URLs, and publishing bots (counts as 3 events). Actions that don't count include bot responses, execute code cards, and flow transitions.
What is an AI Credit?
Every month, we credit $5 USD to your Botpress workspace for AI token consumption.
What actions consume AI tokens?
AI actions consume tokens, including Knowledge Base ingestion, Agent rewrites, translation, summarization, AI cards, code assist, capture cards, making Tables searchable, vectorization, website indexing, etc.
Why are the prices listed on my dashboard different?
Prices may differ from those listed here due to regular adjustments. Your workspace dashboard or dedicated success manager can provide details on your plan's pricing.
What actions consume vector DB storage?
Vector DB storage is consumed when making Tables searchable or using Documents, Text Documents, or Websites for your Knowledge Base.
What happens after I reach my incoming messages & events limit?
When your workspace reaches its incoming messages & events limit, all bots will stop responding. You can wait for the next month's reset or purchase a limit increase.
What happens after my monthly $5 AI Spend credit is completely consumed?
After your monthly $5 AI Spend credit is used, you must increase your AI Spend limit to continue using AI actions. Any AI Spend exceeding $5 will be charged. Alternatively, wait for the next month's reset.
When do monthly limits reset?
Monthly limits reset on the first day of each month at 5:00 am GMT.
In what currency is your pricing listed?
All pricing is in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
Is there a way to forecast my AI Spend?
Accurately estimating AI Spend is not currently possible. The product team is working on adding visibility into LLM usage for better forecasting.
Where can I find the price of third party tokens and AI Spend?

Is there a monthly limit to my AI Spend?
Yes, the monthly AI Spend limit varies by plan: Pay-as-you-go: $100/month; Team: $1,000/month; Enterprise: Custom.
Can I white label Botpress?
Removing the Botpress watermark is available for Team and Enterprise customers. White labeling the Studio and building experience is not currently supported.
What is Botpress for Good?
Botpress for Good makes Botpress more affordable for nonprofits, educational institutions, and open-source projects. Submit an application for more information.
