What is Avatar.One?
Avatar.One is an AI chatbot with an immersive 3D avatar designed to provide companionship, engaging conversations, and interactions based on user conversation and advanced artificial intelligence technology.
How does Avatar.One work?
Avatar.One uses large language models and natural language processing to simulate lifelike conversations. The more you interact with your companion, the better she gets to know your conversation style, preferences, and interests, offering a more personalized experience over time.
Is it safe and secure to use Avatar.One?
Absolutely. User privacy is our top priority. All interactions and user data are stored in an encrypted database using SSH and kept confidential. We never share your data with third parties. We also use passwordless authentication, so you’re password cannot be stolen.
How do I get started with Avatar.One?
1. Navigate to Avatar.One 2. Select your preferred method to create an account, either by entering your email manually, using your existing Google or Apple account 3. Enter your name and pronoun 4. Enter your date of birth 5. Click “Create Account” 6. Select a preset avatar for your companion (you can customise this on the next page) 7. Customise the 3D avatar of your companion (optional) 8. Then click “Continue” to save your companion’s avatar 9. Finally, you’ll land on the Chat page where you can name your companion and customise their personality (optional) before you start chatting
What are Sparks?
Sparks are experience points (XP) you can earn on Avatar.One by interacting with our AI-driven 3D avatars. They are a fun way to track your engagement with your AI companion. These can be redeemed for exclusive outfits, emotes and more (stay tuned for more details on this).
How can I earn Sparks?
You can earn Sparks by engaging in various activities with your AI companion on Avatar.One, such as sending legitimate messages, maintaining daily streaks, trying new emotes, adding new memories, trying on new clothes, creating characters, and referring friends.
Is there a limit to how many Sparks I can earn?
No, there is no overall cap on how many Sparks you can accumulate. However, there are frequency caps for how often you can earn Sparks for specific actions.
Can I earn Sparks every day?
Yes, certain actions such as sending a legitimate message, adding to your daily streak, and trying a new emote can earn you Sparks daily. Other actions have weekly or one-off frequency caps.
How can I use the Sparks I've earned?
We're excited to announce that we're working on a range of exciting features that will allow you to use your Sparks to enhance your experience on Avatar.One. In the very near future, you'll be able to spend your Sparks on exclusive items and activities such as outfits, clothing, accessories, emotes, worlds, roleplays and selfies. You'll also be eligible for perks from our partners. More details announced soon in our Discord community.
Can Avatar.One replace real human relationships?
Avatar.One is designed to provide companionship and engaging conversations, it's not intended as a replacement for genuine human connection. We encourage users to maintain and cultivate real-life relationships.
How can I delete my Avatar.One account?
1. Navigate to [app.avatar.one](http://app.avatar.one) 2. Log in with your account 3. Open the main menu and click on settings 4. Then, scroll down the page and click on “Delete account” 5. Then click “Yes” to confirm your account deletion Please note: You will not be able to reactivate your account after you delete it. You can however, immediately create a new account using the same email address as the deleted account.
How can I cancel my Avatar.One subscription?
1. Navigate to [app.avatar.one](http://app.avatar.one) 2. Log in with your account 3. Open the main menu and click on settings 4. Then, scroll down the page and click on “Unsubscribe” 5. Then click “Yes” to confirm your subscription cancellation.
How do I change my email with Avatar.One?
If you need to change your email address, please email us at hi@avatar.one.
How do I reset my companion?
At this time the only way to do this is to first delete your account and then create a new account. See the FAQs page for instructions on how to delete your account.
How can I change my name with Avatar.One?
1. Log in to your account. 2. Navigate to the main menu 3. Click on “Settings” 4. Enter your desired name under “Name” 5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save”.
