All consultation data and AI processing occur on our secure cloud servers in Australia (for Australian users) and New Zealand (for NZ users), with no third-party access.

No, we do not use any user data to train our models. We utilise a combination of Large Language Models, knowledge bases, and custom user settings to generate clinical documents.

While we are working on direct integrations, our clinical notes can be easily copied and pasted into various EHR/EMR systems, ensuring seamless adoption into existing workflows.

No, we never record or store audio files. During a consultation, all audio is securely transcribed into text in real-time using our custom streaming service.
