Responsibilities:

• As a Legal Intern, you will greatly impact the day-to-day experience of our clients.

• You will work with the CEO, CTO and Legal Lead to drive an industry changing experience for our clients.

Experience Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, and service-level agreements (SLAs), with Fortune 500 customers and partners.

• Negotiate and draft a wide variety of commercial agreements, including technology-related, multi-jurisdictional, hardware and software sales, licensing, distribution, and vendor contracts
