Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Delivery roles

Other Requirements:

• Strong experience designing and delivering API-driven enterprise solutions

• Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and auth patterns

• Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions

• Hands-on experience supporting RFP / pre-sales technical responses

Responsibilities:

• Lead deep solution and architecture discussions with enterprise customers

• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical architectures

• Own technical success during the early delivery lifecycle (0–90 days)

• Design and review API-first integrations

• Lead integrations with customer support and contact center platforms

Experience Requirements:

• 6-10 years in Solutions Architecture / Implementation Consulting / Product Consulting / Workflow Design for enterprise SaaS or AI platforms

• Experience designing complex workflows and integrations across enterprise systems

Other Requirements:

• Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven systems, data flows, and enterprise integrations

• Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and drive execution

• Experience working cross-functionally with CSM, engineering, product, and QA teams

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers to understand business processes

• Identify automation opportunities and design agentic orchestration strategies

• Build detailed solution blueprints — workflows, data exchanges, escalation logic, etc.

• Define end-to-end Agentic AI architectures

• Work with customer technical teams to map integration dependencies

Experience Requirements:

• 3–5 years in Solutions Architecture / Implementation Consulting / Product Consulting / Workflow Design for enterprise SaaS or AI platforms

• Customer-facing consulting experience with strong communication & facilitation skills
