Experience Requirements:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals (debugging, testing, reliability, version control)

• Embedded/edge platforms: Raspberry Pi, NVIDIA Jetson, Arduino

• Protocols and interfaces: RS-485, CAN, Modbus, UART/I2C/SPI, GPIO

• Linux-based device development: system services, supervision, logging, performance profiling

• Sensor/vision data processing: filtering, calibration, synchronization, map generation

• Hands-on electronics: soldering, crimping/connectors, reading datasheets/wiring diagrams

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve camera control software

• Maintain and improve sensor control software

• Develop new scanner capabilities

• Implement signal processing pipelines

• Prototype quickly, then harden implementations to production-grade reliability

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years in assembly, field service, or a technical trade

Other Requirements:

• Comfortable with hand tools, reading basic wiring diagrams, and light soldering

• Can navigate a computer (Windows/Linux) to run basic test scripts

• Valid driver’s license

• Can lift up to 50 lbs

• Pride in clean wiring and a safe, organized workspace

Responsibilities:

• Install electrical panels, cameras, sensors, and computers onto the scanner frame

• Route cables, crimp connectors, and perform light soldering

• Flash firmware using simple scripts and perform test drives

• Complete quality checklists and prep units for global deployment

• Work directly with engineers to make the assembly process faster and better
