Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience; experience with typed languages (TypeScript, Python + Pydantic, Java, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust software engineering solutions and frameworks to solve our customers’ needs.

• Implement and enhance engineering best practices company-wide.

• Work with data scientists to research and implement the latest approaches to efficiently leverage the latest AI models and techniques.

• Lead cross-team technical design discussions on application architecture, UI components, UX, back-end and third-party integration, and testing.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in complex, technical SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify high-potential enterprise prospects.

• Drive pipeline growth through targeted outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

• Leverage warm introductions to establish connections with key decision-makers.

• Work with marketing to assess inbound leads and explore upsell opportunities.

• Guide potential customers through live product trials, ensuring they experience the full value of our AI solution.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-facing applications that enhance AI interactions and system configurations.

• Build integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM).

• Contribute to cross-team technical discussions on architecture, UI/UX, back-end development, and integrations.

• Engage directly with customers to demonstrate Kleio’s capabilities and provide technical support.

• Help grow a high-performing, diverse engineering team.

Education Requirements:

• Computer science education or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years experience

• 2+ years experience in a leadership role with current technical experience

Other Requirements:

• Ability to use SCM(Source Code Management ) such as GitHub, GitLab

• Exquisite brokering skills, regularly achieve consensus amongst departments

• In-depth technical experience in at least one of the core languages, frameworks, or technologies used by your team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
