Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in any of the following areas: onboarding, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or system administration

• Exposure to SaaS platforms or enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, Payroll, HCM) preferred

Other Requirements:

• Familiarity with workflows, business process mapping, and data handling

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working with data and understanding system integrations at a high level

Responsibilities:

• Execute system configuration tasks according to the design provided by senior consultants.

• Participate in internal reviews of implementation scope and requirements.

• Conduct unit testing and support defect resolution during the UAT cycle.

• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and changes.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by troubleshooting issues, correcting configurations, and revalidating outcomes.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) or HRIS/ HR systems
