Associate Implementation Consultant - WFM

Education Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience Requirements:
1β3 years of experience in any of the following areas: onboarding, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or system administration
Exposure to SaaS platforms or enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, Payroll, HCM) preferred
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with workflows, business process mapping, and data handling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data and understanding system integrations at a high level
Self-starter with the ability to juggle priorities in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Responsibilities:
Execute system configuration tasks according to the design provided by senior consultants.
Participate in internal reviews of implementation scope and requirements.
Conduct unit testing and support defect resolution during the UAT cycle.
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and changes.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by troubleshooting issues, correcting configurations, and revalidating outcomes.
