Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BA/BS) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study.

Experience Requirements:

• Eight or more (8+) years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 3 years focused on test automation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, reusable, and efficient test automation framework for UI, API, and integration testing using tools such as Cypress, Cucumber, and Gherkin.

• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance for test automation to ensure maintainability and scalability across development teams.

• Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous feedback and faster software releases.

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for test automation, guiding QA engineers and developers on best practices.

• Develop and manage test data strategies to ensure reliable test execution across automation suites.
