Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BA/BS) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field of study.
Experience Requirements:
Eight or more (8+) years of experience in software quality assurance with at least 3 years focused on test automation.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, reusable, and efficient test automation framework for UI, API, and integration testing using tools such as Cypress, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance for test automation to ensure maintainability and scalability across development teams.
Embed automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous feedback and faster software releases.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for test automation, guiding QA engineers and developers on best practices.
Develop and manage test data strategies to ensure reliable test execution across automation suites.
