Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in an automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier environment

• Proven track record in deploying state-of-the-art software solutions to automotive or Tier 1 suppliers dealing with manufacturing efficiency improvement, specifically in parts manufacturing

Other Requirements:

• Strong communication and written skills in preparing proposals and statements of work that clearly articulate use case requirements and our AI solutions roadmap

• Analytical skills to track and present performance metrics before and after a solution’s deployment

• Experience with deploying AI or machine learning software solutions to clients’ manufacturing environment

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes effectively using our AI solutions

• Serving as the engagement manager and first line of contact for our strategic manufacturing clients

• Working closely with our clients’ executive teams

• Identifying new AI use cases based on their manufacturing and parts defect detection criteria

• Enhancing customer satisfaction, maximizing retention, and expanding our user base through high-quality service and relationship management
