CDI Web Developer PHP (Experienced)

Experience Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in web development
Proficiency in PHP (8+), OOP, and a major PHP framework (Laravel, CakePHP, or Symfony)
Experience with databases (MySQL) and optimization
Experience with HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design
Experience with Git and unit testing (PHPUnit or Pest)
Other Requirements:
Curiosity, organization, teamwork skills
Ability to communicate and defend ideas effectively
Desire to learn and share knowledge
Daily use of AI tools to optimize processes
Experience with Vue.js, web application security, and APIs is a plus
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and evolve varied web projects
Participate in architecture and technical design
Contribute to back-end (80%) and front-end (20%) development
Write tests to ensure code quality
Supervise and support junior developers in team-based code reviews and pair programming sessions
