Do you have a free trial plan?
Yes we do you can sign up for a 14-day full access trial here.
What happens when my free trial is over?
When this happens you have two choices. Either upgrade to a paid plan or enjoy our free plan instead.
Are there additional charges for WhatsApp?
UChat support you to use offical Cloud API or regular business providers like 360Dialog. You need to set up your account/billing directly with service provider or Facebook. UChat don't charge you directly for WhatsApp usage.
How does Email and SMS pricing work?
UChat don't charge you to send emails. It's FREE. You can connect through SMTP or Sendgrid or Gmail. For sending SMS, UChat don't handle the billing for SMS, you can sign up directly with our service provider, Check their officcal pricing for details. UChat don't add any mark up on top of their pricing.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can without any issues. Just go to your billing section to cancel the plan.
Do you have money back guarantee?
UChat offer 14 days free trial to business plan, access to all pro feature, you can test it before you subscribe. But we also offer 7 days no question asked money back guarantee even if you subscribed(only valid for the initial month).
Are you GDPR &HIPPA compliant?

What's your refund policy?
We strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. That's why we offer a refund policy for our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund. Please note that the refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial purchase, and it's only valid for the 1st month of your subscription. There will be 10% transaction fee for the refunds. We want to make the refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team and they will be happy to assist you.

What does 1 bot in business plan means?
1 bot means 1 Facebook page or 1 whatsapp number or 1 Instagram account, etc. And UChat offer omni channel, if you put this 1 bot in the omni channel, you can build the bot that available in the 8 channels we support currently(Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Wechat, Line, Viber, Google Business Messenger, Telegram)
What's unlimited workspaces under the partner plan?
Partner program is built for digital marketing agencies. So that they can white label UChat platform, and sell chatbot at their own pricing, and keep 100% profit. You can find more information here, or book zoom call with our team. Your customer can sign up under your custom domain, there isn't any limits on that. they will start with 14 days free trial, and they will subscribe to your pricing and pays to you first. And then after deduce the cost price of the workspace/add on, you can keep 100% of the profit.
What If you have more bot users? What's the cost?
The business plan comes with 1000 bot users. If you have bot users more than 1000, it's $5/m for every 1000 bot users. For example, you have total 4000 bot users in your workspace, the cost would be $10/m(business plan) + $5/m x4(for 3000 extra bot users) = $30/month.
