Is TxtCart right for me?
TxtCart works best with sales-driven Shopify merchants that are looking to increase sales and customer retention. For stores starting out, if you have sales and want to see if SMS marketing is right for you, try our free plan and upgrade to Pro for the full suite of features. If you have an established business, making sales every month then this will be a perfect fit! You can expect to see an immediate increase in sales, AOV and retention.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, you can try the service free of charge for 14 days and up to $1,000 in sales. After that, you will be charged based on the plan you get started with. Of course, you can pause, cancel or upgrade your plan anytime.
What is the cost of SMS Campaigns
To take advantage of our SMS Campaigns product, we offer best in class competitive pricing based on a variety of factors. Each campaign is assigned an estimated cost at the review page based on the size of the list, character count (segments), location of recipients, and SMS vs MMS deliverability. Free Trial accounts will have access to Campaigns but are restricted to a 100 campaign text per day limit over the course of 14 days. See rates below: SMS rate: $0.02/text & MMS rate: $0.06/text
