Experience Requirements:

• 2-5 years of related HR experience in a Clinical setting (clinic or telemedicine) in the role of provider/HR relations

• Prior recruiting/staffing experience

• Knowledge and experience working with HRIS systems (BHR), payroll and benefits platforms, engagement platforms (CultureAmp), Mac systems, and Google Workspace

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full life cycle of people support for our clinical staff

• Recruit, source, coordinate, and support hiring the clinical team

• Handle all aspects of onboarding and offboarding clinicians

• Maintain, create and audit all Clinical people-related policies

• Be the face of HR for the clinician team

Other Requirements:

• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills

• Deep understanding of information architecture principles

• Proficiency in using various documentation systems and tools

• Familiarity with version control systems

• A solid understanding of software development processes

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an efficient process for content creation

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive style guide

• Implement clear procedures for managing documentation

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Analyze existing documentation workflows

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management in the technology industry

• Project management skills and experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience simultaneously coordinating deliveries from multiple origins to multiple destinations

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders

• Manage the end-to-end rack delivery process

• Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics

• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
