Education Requirements:

• Current active Registered Nurse license in a compact state

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years clinical experience in a specialty practice or acute care setting

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote patient care including coaching and education using digital communication tools

• Provide telephone triage to patients with acute symptoms

• Work with patients and their caretakers to increase engagement and help them overcome barriers in their healthcare journey

• Guide patients with their changing medical therapies using a clinician-designed protocol

• Serve as the interface between the patients and others in the healthcare system

Education Requirements:

• Associates or equivalent degree

• Hold an active license as a practical nurse or vocational nurse in a compact state

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a patient care role

• Help inform Story Health’s clinical protocols to develop coach training, coaching process, as well as clinical curricula and content

Education Requirements:

• EE, CS Degree or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:

• 8 years of experience shipping software systems as a hands on member of a team

• Ability to come up to speed and learn new technologies and new domains quickly

• Work with a cross-functional product team to design technical products

• Solve product problems through analysis, design, and development of technical solutions

• Design, code, test, and maintain production software systems
