Experience Requirements:

• Be based in Berlin (hybrid role).

• Be a proactive, self-driven learner who adapts to new tools and processes.

• 3+ years in Sales Operations or a similar role within a SaaS or tech environment.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and proficiency in CRM management and optimization.

• Proficient in sales tools (e.g., sales enablement platforms, analytics tools) and technology integration.

Experience Requirements:

• Du hast mindestens 4+ Jahre Erfahrung im Full-Cycle SaaS Sales - idealerweise mit Fokus auf Automotive, Aviation oder Defense

• Du hast bereits Erfahrung im strategischen Account Planning und der Identifizierung neuer Business-Cases sowie Up- und Cross-Selling Möglichkeiten und nutzt dafür geeignete Frameworks wie z.B. SPIN oder MEDDIC

• Du verstehst komplexe Sales-Cycle und definierst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden spezifische Lösungen mit Mehrwert und hohem Skalierungspotenzial

• Du kommunizierst souverän und zielgruppenorientiert bis auf C-Level und leitest eigenverantwortlich komplexe Verhandlungen mit dem Ziel eines erfolgreichen Deal-Closing im Enterprise-Segment
