Yes, you may cancel your account at any time. Please note that as you cancel your account, all your data will be automatically removed from the SpinOne servers.

Each SpinOne license grants an allotted amount of pooled storage. You can add more storage on demand anytime.
Is my data safe in the cloud?
Cloud providers have significant proven risk mitigation for data storage. This doesn’t always apply to cloud office suites like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Can we upgrade our account?
You can easily upgrade your account to add additional licenses or storage from your Admin Dashboard. If you wish to upgrade your plan, your Account Manager can assist.
Do you encrypt the data? What kind of encryption do you use?
We encrypt data in transit, in use, and at rest. We use 256-bit AES algorithms.
