Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years of software engineering experience in Python

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and deploy high performance, scalable, robust SAAS Applications using state-of-the-art technologies.

• Build production-ready systems capable of large scale data aggregation and processing.

• Develop and demonstrate a broad set of technology skills in Python Programming, micro service design patterns, Open Source libraries and frameworks, and technology architecture concepts (Django).

• Collaborate with an excellent, cross-functional team across Engineering, Product and Design to conduct new technology research for product development and recommend product enhancements

• Actively participate in code reviews, analyze results and choose the best solution Continuously focus on improving the software quality and performance

Experience Requirements:

• Experience of 4-7 years building SAAS Based Applications using **Python related frameworks**.

• Proven Experience with Microservices and Distributed Technologies.

• Experienced in defining strategy and technical roadmap of product components and services.

• Proven ability to lead cross-team projects and mentor junior engineers to deliver high quality features against tight deadlines while promoting a collaborative environment.

• Strong grasp on Data Modelling (for both Relational and NonRelational Databases) and Design Patterns concepts.

• Develop and implement internal systems, processes, and best practices to be used by other teams designed to increase productivity

• Drive the architecture of our application platform, considering the team and our future product roadmap.

• Drive and uphold high engineering standards, bringing consistency to the codebases you encounter and ensuring software is adequately reviewed, tested, and integrated.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BTech)

Experience Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully managing projects of varying complexity and size.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project constraints and develop contingency plans.

• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure effective project execution.

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes in scope, schedule, and resources.
