Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in a product focused software engineering role, with a proven track record of shipping scalable LLM-based products to end users

Other Requirements:

• Proven track record of owning and maintaining backend services, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. You understand how to build applications with LLMs and have familiarity with OpenAI APIs or similar tools, enabling you to design, monitor, and optimize AI-driven services. Experience with microservices architecture and API development is a plus, experience building and optimizing RAG systems is a plus.

• Navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as the product evolves.

• Have a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works.

• Experience in a high-growth startup or similarly fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative solutions to enhance our scalable conversational AI platform, redefining how users interact and learn through AI-driven simulations.

• Lead the development of cutting-edge tools to enable real-time monitoring and proactive quality control of user-AI interactions, ensuring seamless and impactful experiences.

• Build and streamline workflows that automate LLM updates and evaluation, accelerating the creation of tailored, high-performance conversational models.

• Optimize and manage the deployment of state-of-the-art LLMs, driving reliability and advancing the capabilities of our platform.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to pioneer new features and use cases for personalized training and educational impact

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation and marketing activities.

• Strong track record in managing global events and webinars, from sourcing to execution.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably hands-on in startups

• Excellent content creation skills, particularly in a B2B context (content relating to programs run only – not a content writer).

• Ability to manage budgets effectively and stand by quarterly KPIs.

• Great English (preferably mother tongue) language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Programs: Drive and manage all lead generation programs, from ideation to execution, including the full lead gen budget.

• Events & Conferences: Source, plan, and set up all events and conferences worldwide, representing the company and building strategic relationships.

• Webinar Management: Initiate, create, and execute engaging webinars, including content development for pre- and post-webinar content.

• MARCOM: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to effectively position our brand and products.

• New Business Growth: Drive new meetings and new business opportunities by building targeted campaigns that engage our ideal customer profiles. Budget & KPIs: Own the lead generation budget, optimize spending, and stand by quarterly KPI’s to achieve set goals

Education Requirements:

• A M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in non-academic settings, ideally with a focus on Large Language Models, NLP, or Speech Processing

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python.

• Strong software engineering skills.

• Hands-on experience in modern generative AI models, prompt engineering, multi-agents, and RAG architectures.

• Experience in developing conversational systems.

• Productizing data labeling and validation pipelines, with external products (like Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth, Labelbox, Snorkel) or internally developed solutions

Responsibilities:

• Lead research initiatives to deliver product-driven experiences utilizing data science methodologies and cutting-edge AI technologies.

• Oversee the entire solution lifecycle — from breaking down product requirements into solvable problems to deploying production-quality solutions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, customer success, BE and FS engineering teams to integrate scalable AI solutions into our app.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by defining and establishing metrics for evaluating model performance, including accuracy, bias, and real-time responsiveness
