We are continuously working on enhancing the app with exciting new features. Some of the upcoming releases include: Ultra-realistic avatars, A built-in dictionary, Accent switcher, Ultra-realistic voices, Support for new languages, New topics and lessons (e.g., IELTS/TOEFL preparation).
Can I access the app offline?
Currently, the app requires an internet connection to access content and features. However, you can download lessons while online and practice them later offline!
What is your refund policy?
We can issue a refund if you contact us within 48 hours of the charge. We can also assist with partial refunds. However, please note that at this time, refunds are only available for Android users.
Is Praktika suitable for all language proficiency levels?
Yes, Praktika caters to learners of all proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced speakers. The app adapts lessons and content based on your language skills to ensure an optimal learning experience.
How can I change my goals or practice time?
Currently, we don’t have this feature yet. For now, you can choose your goals and practice time during onboarding or reset your account to start over with new settings.
How can I track my learning progress in the app?
Go to your profile in the app and click on “Progress.” Here, you can see how much you’ve accomplished!
How do I change the accent?
You can click on the three dots inside a lesson and choose an avatar with a different accent. We offer a wide range of accents—from popular ones like American and British to African and Asian—so you can find the tutor that best matches your preferences!
Can I review my lessons?
Yes! All your lessons are available in the “Progress” section of your profile in the app. You can also download each lesson as a PDF!
I lost my history/progress. What should I do?
Please contact us at support@praktika.ai, and we’ll help you restore it.
Does the app offer grammar and vocabulary support during lessons?
Yes, the app provides real-time grammar analysis and vocabulary suggestions to help improve your language skills as you practice.
Does the app provide pronunciation feedback?
We used to have this feature, but we had to turn it off for adjustments. However, it will be relaunched soon—stay tuned!
