Education Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Leads the full-cycle recruitment process, from attracting to sourcing, to interviewing and onboarding

• Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

• Collaborates with functional leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies

• Tracks and analyzes program effectiveness, gathering key data insights and feedback from stakeholders and makes recommendations for continuous improvement

• Creates a welcoming and informative onboarding experience for new hires

Responsibilities:

• Category Leadership: We invented Spatial AI. Help define and execute strategies to establish and grow awareness of the Spatial AI category through AR/PR and outbound marketing efforts

• Lead Generation Strategies: Develop innovative lead generation initiatives to attract, engage, and nurture prospective customers across multiple channels

• Content Creation: Create original, engaging, and high-quality content, including blog posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media updates

• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement

• Market Analysis: Conduct hands-on analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
