Education Requirements:

• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in embedded systems development.

• Proven experience with board bring-up and hardware/software integration.

• Previous leadership or team management experience is a must.

Other Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and familiarity with ARM-based SoCs.

• Experience with bootloaders (e.g., U-Boot), Linux kernel internals, and device drivers.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Yocto, Buildroot, or other embedded build systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the BSP / Embedded development team, providing technical direction, mentorship, and guidance.

• Design, develop, and maintain BSP components including bootloaders, device drivers, and board initialization code.

• Collaborate with hardware teams to bring up new boards and support silicon validation.

• Ensure seamless integration of BSP with Linux (or other OS) kernels and embedded software stacks.

• Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and quality benchmarks. Own the delivery of BSP milestones in alignment with project timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve low-level system issues and performance bottlenecks. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in embedded systems.

Education Requirements:

• Engineering bachelor’s degree or advanced degree from a reputable university

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience working in product management, or relevant customer facing functions in semiconductor companies

Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence across senior leadership teams at both NeuReality and the Customers

• Detail oriented and customer-focused, with the ability to summarize complex data and produce a compelling, yet simple narrative

• Strong project management skills, through project planning, execution, and tracking

• Passionate, driven and execution oriented – a must!

Responsibilities:

• * Execute on product development and delivery by working with NeuReality's cross-functional teams (R&D, sales, operations, and corporate development) to ensure successful product launch and business growth

• * Built close relationships with lead customers and manage product engagement and support

• * Assist with Go-to-market strategy and launch plan with clear market assessment, competitive analysis, and positioning of products

• * Develop compelling sales material that clearly promotes product value and differentiation and work closely with sales and customers to secure new business opportunities and close design-wins.

• * Maximize Business Impact through continuous market assessment. Refine product, when needed, based on new learnings and as an advocated for the customer

Education Requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from the accredited university.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in C++ and Python programing with proven record in large scale SW design.

• Managed at least 2-3 software engineers.

Other Requirements:

• Experience with developing compilers, specifically MLIR/LLVM development.

• Experience with DL frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is an advantage.

• Experience with deployment of DL Models to Production

Responsibilities:

• analyze modern Artificial Intelligence workloads, and define and develop NeuReality SDK – Our set of development tools built and optimized to automatically compile and map AI code to run on NeuReality’s platform. Those tools include optimization algorithms, compilers, simulators, profilers, and more.

• You will get a deep understanding of AI-centric SW and HW architectures as well as end-to-end use cases and Deep Learning algorithms/pipelines, work, and interact with external vendors and customers for requirement gathering and correct integration of new features.
