Education Requirements:

• Completed a masters or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work or similar with minimum 5 years experience

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Gold Standard annotator for all mpathic labeling manuals and maintain reliability with the labeling team

• Label transcripts as needed across customers using mpathic’s proprietary system.

• Conduct the preparation for and leading of annotation team meetings

• Assign and track completion of annotator assignments

• Assist in the creation of synthetic data and sourcing data resources for mpathic detections
