• Create visually compelling A+ content for Amazon listings.

• Design ads, posts, and campaigns for social media platforms.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Success (ideally a minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience)

• Experience working with multiple B2B customers

• Experience working at a fast-paced startup company

• Experience working with a complex tech product, or multiple product streams

• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build lasting relationships with customers of different backgrounds and technical abilities

Experience Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end design. You’ll help define early product concepts, flesh out the high-level workflow and micro-interactions of a feature, and execute on a crisp and effective visual design.

• Rapid prototyping. Ability to move quickly from lo-fi to high-fi and back again. Ideally, we test every assumption and only build a subset of our designs. Great prototypes will drive product discovery.

• Engineering partner. Work closely with product and forward deployed engineers to ensure designs seamlessly integrate with our engineering process.
