To download AlphAI software, a minimum of 3GB of available storage is required on your device.
Where can I download the software?
To download our software, go to: Resources > Software > Download.
Can technical maintenance prevent me from using the software?
No, maintenance doesn't affect user experience. New features are added via updates (internet required) when a new version is available.
Can I use the software if it's out of date?
Yes, it is possible to use the software without updating it to the latest version.
Why can't I download the software to my Chromebook?
It is not yet possible to download AlphAI to a Chromebook. Contact us via our form for more information if interested.

Can I use the software without an Internet connection?
Yes, except for the first connection to activate your software authentication key and to update the software.
How long does the update take to download and install?
The AlphAI software update takes about 1 minute. Once elapsed, the software will launch automatically.
How often is the software updated?
Updates are not at regular intervals; they vary according to the need for corrections and improvements.
How do I update the software?
Connect to the Internet. Accept the prompt at startup, or go to 'Tools' menu then 'Update robot'.
My license application failed
If activation fails, click 'Enter license manually'. Copy the complete license number from the provided link and paste it into the space.
How long do I have to activate my license once I've received it?
Once received, your license is valid immediately, with no deadline for first use.
How long is my license valid?
Your license is valid for life on the software version available at the time of purchase.
How do I activate my license?
First use: choose robot type, enter activation key (XXX-XXX-XXX), and register. Internet connection is required for first use.
Why won't my robot turn on?
Remove and replace batteries. If issue persists, contact us via the contact form, describing the problem and steps taken.
