How to update the software?
To update the software, your device must be connected to the internet. When an update is available, you will be prompted to download it upon software startup. Accept to proceed.
My license request failed
If your license activation fails, click 'Enter license manually'. Copy the full license number from the generated link and paste it into the designated field to activate.
How long do I have to activate my license after receiving it?
Once you receive your license, it is valid immediately, and there is no deadline for its first use.
How long is my license valid?
Your license is valid for life on the software version available at the time of purchase.
How to activate my license?
Upon first use, select your robot type, enter your license number (XXX-XXX-XXX format), and save the key by checking the box. An internet connection is required for initial activation.
Why won't my robot turn on?
Sometimes, you need to reinsert the batteries properly. If it still doesn't work, contact us via the website form, describing the issue and steps you've taken.
