Click Log In in the upper right corner of the LALAL.AI site page. You can register or log in via email, Google, or Facebook. You'll receive a one-time verification code or a temporary authorization link.
Is it a recurring payment?
Yes, this is a recurring payment. You'll be billed on a regular basis on the same day you make the initial payment, whether it's a monthly or annual plan.
What are the Fast and Relaxed splitting modes?
Relaxed mode queues tracks for processing as server time becomes available; Fast mode provides instant server access. Fast mode has a limited minute allowance, while Relaxed mode allows unlimited minutes.
How are the minutes deducted from my account?
Minutes are deducted by the formula: Total file length x stem separation type(s) number. For example, a 5-minute file with 3 separation types (Drums, Piano, Vocal) deducts 15 minutes.
Where can I see the remaining limit for splitting in the Fast mode?
All limits are displayed in your profile. On the site, hover the cursor over the minute balance at the top right corner of the page to see information about your subscription and remaining minutes.
Can I extend my Fast mode minute limit?
Yes, it is possible. Please contact our support team at support@lalal.ai to add more minutes to your account beyond your current limit.

How do I cancel the subscription?
To cancel, hover over your minute balance at the top right corner of the page to expand the window. Click the 'Manage Subscription' button, then click the 'Cancel Plan' button.

Yes, you can use your remaining minutes and premium features until the end of your current subscription period. The subscription is not refundable, and no further payments will be requested.
How do I improve the stem-splitting quality?
Ensure your file is high-quality (lossless formats), use the preview option, utilize advanced features like Enhanced Processing/De-Echo/Noise Canceling, and experiment with different neural networks.
How do I remove echo and reverb?
Enable the 'De-echo vocals/voice' feature in settings (within the upload section), select either 'Vocal and Instrumental' or 'Voice and Noise' stem, then upload your audio or video file.
How does Enhanced Processing work?
It works with LALAL.AI's main networks to identify sounds, offering 'Clear Cut' (minimizes cross-bleeding, may suppress details) and 'Deep Extraction' (captures details, risks cross-bleeding) modes for refinement.
How does Noise Canceling Level work?
It offers Mild (no extra processing), Normal (subtle noise reduction), and Aggressive (significant noise reduction) levels. Select the Voice and Noise stem, then adjust the setting in the upload section.
In what format will I receive the results?
By default, the output is in the same format as the original. Premium users can choose from MP3, OGG, AAC, AIFF, WAV, and FLAC. Video inputs can also be converted to audio formats.
