Responsibilities:

• You will onboard new construction customers with a focus on accelerating their time to value and helping them achieve their positive outcomes.

• You are comfortable exceeding target goals by maintaining a high customer retention rate, coordinating with KWANT sales to ensure renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities.

• You will hold regular check-in calls, executive business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with customers.

• Will monitor account well-being to detect potential churn issues and take proactive measures to reduce them.

• You will promote and encourage the usage and adoption of the Kwant solutions if by hardware and/or software.

Responsibilities:

• Own Data Science processes end-to-end: from data collection, structuring, and preprocessing, through model development, all the way to deploying models to production.

• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering team to create dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights.

• Collaborate with the product, engineering, and customers to standardize the process but also provide unique solutions to each customer as needed based on the project

• Designing and building data pipelines infrastructure for production and research.

• Take a leading part in building our research program, help hire and train junior researchers, and help set the team’s culture and foundations for significant growth.

Experience Requirements:
