Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field required.

• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) required.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in delivery management, with a focus on AI technologies (including large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI) and experience managing large-scale projects across various sectors, including government and private industry required.

• Minimum 3 years’ experienceStrong hands-on experience in AI and voice technologies (ASR, TTS), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning, with deep knowledge of Generative AI frameworks and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) required.

• Previous experience managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously & prioritize effectively, using both Agile and traditional project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban) required.

• Demonstrated experience working closely with senior-level stakeholders across both government and private sector clients and managing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.

• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English to effectively communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders required.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects focused on Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs) and voice-based AI solutions across various sectors, including government and private organizations.

• AI & Generative Technology Integration: Provide hands-on leadership in integrating Generative AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, to create scalable and intelligent virtual assistants that meet client requirements.

• Voice Technology Implementation: Oversee the integration of voice technologies (speech recognition, natural language processing, and synthesis) into IVA solutions, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.

• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (both government and private sector), key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals, objectives, and timelines.

• Cross-functional Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams, including AI specialists, engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project execution and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Education Requirements:

• MBA from leading institution required, engineering undergrad preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years product marketing experience with software products in enterprise software companies.

Responsibilities:

• Build and ongoing optimize web content informed by web data.

• Create, adjust and maintain a library of up-to-date product images.

• Support creation of short product videos to showcase product capabilities and features.

• Build and maintain a library of direct and channel sales materials, including decks, one pagers and more.

• Co-create demos in partnership with product management and solution engineering.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years in content creation, marketing, or related field

• Translate technical concepts and customer stories into compelling narratives – Understand our product’s technical aspects and use them to craft content that highlights customer pain points and business value.

• Leverage research & insights – Use customer stories, industry reports, discussion notes, and data-driven research to enrich content with credibility and depth.

• Drive thought leadership & engagement – Develop content that sparks discussions, educates audiences, and enhances brand authority in the industry.

• Optimize for SEO & discoverability – Write content that balances storytelling with keyword optimization to improve search rankings and organic reach.
