Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Kaliber’s Head of Design to develop and execute designs for a wide range of med tech projects with a variety of users (including patients, surgeons, and hospital staff).

• Own user research, and integrate insights into product design.

• Collaborate across Kaliber teams (especially product and engineering) to ensure successful execution of design concepts.

• Develop basic visual designs for not only products, but also marketing materials (including web and pitch decks).

• Support development and execution of a visual style guide.
