Physician Recruiter

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Experience Requirements:
2-5 years of physician or APP recruitment experience; Radiologist recruitment experience is a plus
Experience using traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
Other Requirements:
Exceptional partner to stakeholders at all levels, bringing to the table a solid emphasis on accountability, rigor, and high standards for talent
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

Create and manage job postings for physician roles, ensuring that they are clear, accurate, and appealing to potential candidates
Create and execute effective and diverse sourcing strategies, including referral networks, internal sourcing efforts, external platforms, and managing relationships with search firms
Execute a high-caliber candidate experience, driving candidate communication and progression and advising leaders to ensure timeliness and efficient decision-making
