Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, Customer Support Team Lead

• Experience in managing a global team

• Experience in working with Zendesk and Intercom, or similar sw

Responsibilities:

• Manage a global customer support team located primarily in Israel and Europe

• Oversee daily operations of the customer support team

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service (via chat, email, and video calls)

• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a web designer

Other Requirements:

• Very good English, both written and verbal

• Strong knowledge of design tools, such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom

• Experience working as part of a Marketing team and with web developers

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

• Creative thinker and problem solver

• Knowledge of UX/UI concepts and basic understandings of SEO principles

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually stunning, responsive websites, ensuring a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts and gather feedback

• Track the performance of the different webpages, each according to its objective, and work alongside team members to optimize the pages

• Conduct thorough testing of websites to identify issues and bugs and work with the team on amending them

• Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, usability, and industry best practices, and integrate them into design projects

Experience Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven product marketing experience or an equivalent role

Other Requirements:

• Strong analytical understanding with a deep knowledge of product life cycles, experience with Mixpanel and Tableau is an advantage

• Excellent English written and verbal communication

• Proven experience with product launch planning

• Must be experienced with messaging research and creation

• Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking with an innate desire to bring new category-defining products to market

Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams

• Manage timelines, coordinate resources, and oversee campaign development to maximize product visibility and adoption

• Map the competitive landscape to become an expert on our competitors and their positioning

• Educate internal teams and develop supporting materials

• Research and craft compelling product positioning and marketing messaging that differentiates Imagen’s offerings in the market
