Enterprise Sales (Solution) Engineer
Genesis Computing provides Enterprise AI Data Agents (Genbots) to automate data workflows and enhance data operations across data engineering, data ops, and data analysis.
Experience Requirements:
5+ years in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales role, ideally supporting enterprise SaaS or AI/ML products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and craft customized demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and technical proposals for our AI Agent product.
Act as the technical liaison between Genesis Computing and enterprise clients, delivering compelling presentations and addressing technical questions with confidence.
Design and articulate solution architectures that integrate our AI Agent into clients’ existing systems, ensuring seamless deployment and maximum value.
Provide pre-sales support, including scoping requirements, managing RFPs, and conducting hands-on workshops or training sessions.
Gather client feedback to inform product roadmap discussions with engineering and product teams.
