Experience Requirements:
More than 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager/Business Developer, with significant experience in digital (media agency, advertising agency, adtech, consulting agency, data provider, etc.), new business and with advertisers.
Experience in selling media campaigns, audience segments or data management technologies is a plus.
Good knowledge of the digital, media and data ecosystem and its technological environment.
Commercial methods of discovery, reformulation, argumentation, negotiation and closing are no secret to you.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Hunter temperament and real desire for new business. You don't shy away from anything and you have a taste for challenges. For you, objectives are made to be exceeded
Responsibilities:
Identify and contact new prospects (advertisers, agencies, partners) in various sectors of activity (automotive, insurance, real estate, etc.)
Manage the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Ensure accurate reporting of your sales activity
Represent the company and its offerings at any professional event that may be conducive to business development

2 to 4 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in a media agency or advertising agency is essential
Very good knowledge in the field of advertising
Good knowledge of SaaS technologies and products and the digital, data and media ecosystem

Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients (especially network heads and points of sale) by becoming their main point of contact
Lead training sessions on the Ermes platform as well as on new market trends.
Provide recommendations to optimize client performance.
Closely monitor client performance and ensure that objectives are met.
Present performance reports (quarterly, annual) and demonstrate the added value of Ermes during meetings with marketing departments.
