What's your pricing structure?
Our platform operates on a pay-as-you-use model, allowing for flexible usage based on the number of tokens consumed. This model ensures you only pay for the capacity you need.
What does 'No Branding' mean for the Regular Plan?
With the 'No Branding' feature in the Regular Plan, the "Create your chatbot" link typically displayed below the chat widget in the Starter plan is removed.
What's special about the Custom Plan?
The Custom Plan offers flexibility tailored to your needs. Everything is customisable, whether unique chat interactions, word limits, user access, or API touchpoints.
What are tokens?
Tokens are the building blocks of natural language processing. Tokenisation is a way of separating a piece of text into smaller units called tokens.
Can I purchase additional tokens?
Yes, additional tokens can be purchased in increments of 1 million.
Can I track my token consumption?
You can easily see how many tokens are consumed on the metrics page. In addition, you will be notified when the consumption reaches 90% of the total credits.
What happens if the token credit is consumed fully?
Once token credits are used up, the chatbot won't reply to your customers or prospects. Buy extra tokens early to avoid this. No new tokens in 3 months lead to account expiry.
How can I reactivate an expired account, and what are the costs?
To reactivate an expired account, you must pay the setup fee again at the current rate.
Are tokens consumed during the 'test your chatbot' phase?
Yes, tokens used during testing are deducted from your total allocated tokens.
How does your pricing compare to other chatbot platforms?
Our pricing is a unique, one-time set-up fee with a pay-per-use model that offers excellent value without monthly commitments.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a money-back guarantee for Enrol. However, you can sign up for a 7-day free trial and subscribe only if you are satisfied with the results.

If you exceed the usage limits of your pricing tier, we'll send you a reminder and provide a soft limit for up to 5% overage.
