Education Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, informatics, engineering or related (Bachelor, Master, or PhD)

Experience Requirements:

• Strong technical foundation and experience in at least one of the following fields: On vehicle code development, embedded deployment, implementing safety related functions in automotive dev. processes, deep learning, computer vision, probabilistic sensor-fusion

• Experience in Robotics, driver assistance systems and / or autonomous driving.

• Experience with modern C++, Python and embedded software engineering for real-time applications.

• Experience with modern software engineering tools, including version control, continuous integration and testing as well as cloud-based development processes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with complex technical challenges and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work in close collaboration with senior team members on the full development cycle of one or more software components within the Mapless Autonomy Platform.

• Implement high quality embedded software ready for real-time deployment on real vehicles.

• Ensure the performance and quality with software and simulation testing as well as deployment under real-world conditions on our development vehicle.

• Evaluate new algorithms and approaches in proof-of-concept projects.
