Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, with a focus on closing deals in a hunting capacity
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience navigating multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in using Salesforce and Outreach or similar sales enablement tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Other Requirements:
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Highly driven and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts and develop relationships at all levels
Navigate complex sales cycles and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services
Utilize the Challenger & MEDDPICC framework to understand customer needs, address objections, and guide prospects through the buying process
