Education Requirements:

• MBA required, preferably from Tier I institute.

Experience Requirements:

• 4-6 years’ direct selling experience in Technology Products/ Services / Solutions primarily in B2B environment

• 2+ years SaaS experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Be the first contact point for any new leads. Effectively, also the face of the company. So excellent written and spoken communication skills are a must.

• Be primarily responsible to open new accounts and sustain strategic customer relationships by selling Digitap.ai’s complete portfolio of solutions.

• Deliver on the tactical sales plans, following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings and product demos as necessary.

• Make Digitap.ai a top recall in the Fintech/NBFC/BFSI fabric of the assigned territory

• Will carry a sales target and we expect you to hit target as often as possible • Act as a bridge between customers and the product team when it comes to feedback and product customizations.

Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to improve sales team efficiency.

• Presentation & Insights: Create compelling sales presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and stakeholders.

• Competitive Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

• Sales Team Support: Provide data-driven insights and support to optimize sales strategies, pipeline management, and business development efforts.
