Yes! Learning a new skill on CognitiveClass.ai is free of charge. The only investment you need to make is your time.
I signed up for Cognitive Class, but I have not received my confirmation email. What should I do?
First, check your junk/spam folder and mark it as "not spam". Click the activation link. If no email, contact support@CognitiveClass.ai to report the issue.
I’m having problems logging in. What should I do?
If login instructions fail or you don't understand them, email support@CognitiveClass.ai. If still unable to log in after trying all emails, consider signing up for a new account at https://courses.CognitiveClass.ai/register.
Which browsers and versions does Cognitive Class support?
Cognitive Class runs on the OpenEdx platform and supports Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
I would like to log into Cognitive Class using different social login buttons, what should I do?
While logged in, go to Account Settings, scroll to Connected Accounts, and click "Link" next to the social media account you wish to link.
How does the grading scheme work for Cognitive Class courses?
Most courses have review questions (50%) and a final exam (50%). The passing grade is 70%. Review questions have no time limit and two chances (MCQ) or one (T/F). Final exam has a 1-hour limit.
I notice the badges issued in the past have changed. Are they still valid?
Old badges will still be valid for some time but will eventually be retired. New badges are offered, and there is no transition path; they are independent.
