How does the free trial work?
After signing up, you get full access to all features for 30 days, with a limit of 50 questions for your entire organization. Everyone in your team can ask questions to Chat Aid during the trial period.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
If you choose not to upgrade, your account will become inactive. To ensure your privacy, we will permanently delete all your data from our servers 30 days after your trial ends if you don't switch to a paid plan.
How does pricing in the Pro plan work?
You can buy a subscription at $25/license/month. Each license includes 100 questions per month, and only licensed users can access Chat Aid and ask questions.
Is there a limit to the number of questions I can ask Chat Aid?
In the free trial, your entire organization is limited to 50 questions. In the Pro plan, each license includes 100 questions per month.
Can you provide an example of how the pricing model works?
Let's say you buy three licenses for users A, B, and C. With each license providing 100 questions per month, your team will have a total of 300 questions to ask Chat Aid during that month. Only licensed users have access to Chat Aid.
Will my data and documents be used to train the AI models?
No. Your data is yours; it CANNOT be accessed by anyone, nor is it available to the GPT model for training. Chat Aid uses Microsoft Azure OpenAI to extract information from documents and applications you connect it with. During this process, the data is transmitted to Azure OpenAI and sent back in the form of searchable data. Azure OpenAI deletes all this information within 30 days and does not use it for any other purpose, including training for their own models.
How secure is Chat Aid?
We prioritize security at every step. Chat Aid is SOC-2 certified, ISO 27001 and 27701 certified. Additionally, we comply with GDPR and CCPA standards.
