We also have an extensive Help Center containing great articles and tips on making the most out of Canditech.
Can I use my company’s existing assessments?
Many clients integrated their existing internal tests into the Canditech platform. By implementing your existing assessments, they will be interactive, checked and scored automatically, synced with your ATS, and easily reviewed by the hiring team. Moreover, your tests will be beautifully presented to candidates with your company logo, background, and videos, providing a state-of-the-art candidate experience.
How does Canditech protect against cheating?
Most candidates don’t cheat. However, as a safeguard, we have created a state-of-the-art solution for monitoring anomalies indicative of cheating, such as usage of ChatGPT, copy-paste, typing speed, cursor movement, time-per-answer, and more.
