For every pull request submitter that runs Bito’s AI Code Review Agent a developer seat will be charged per month, starting at $15 per developer.
Is the Free Plan really free? Will it be free forever?
Yes, it really is free! It’s not a trial and it’s free forever.
What are the limits of the Free Plan?
On the Free Plan, you get access to 75 Basic AI requests per day. On the Pro Plan, you get 600 Advanced AI requests per month and unlimited access to Basic AI model requests.
If you have a Free plan with so many features, there must be some catch. How do you make money then?
There is no catch. We provide Bito free of charge because it helps drive usage and awareness of Bito and some of our users do upgrade to our paid plans, maybe even you!
What does it mean “Basic AI model requests” and “Advanced AI model requests”?
Basic AI model requests” refer to AI queries processed using foundational models like GPT-4o mini and similar models, optimized for speed and efficiency.
How do additional requests work on the Pro Plan?
On the Pro Plan, you get unlimited access to Basic AI requests. Also, you get 600 requests monthly for Advanced AI requests. When you exceed your 600 Advanced AI requests, each request counts as an “additional request”

When will I be billed?
When you sign-up for a paid plan, you will be billed for the current month.
I want to add more team members to Bito. Can I purchase additional users?
Yes, you can do this. Please login at https://alpha.bito.ai and if you are an admin you can invite more users or add them to your account.
Will I be charged for the length or complexity of my AI requests?
You are NOT charged different amounts for the length and complexity of AI requests. All requests are charged the same price.
For understanding my codebase functionality, what is the difference between the Free plan and the Pro Plan?
The Free plan allows you to try out Bito’s capabilities to understand your codebase, but you are limited to the use of GPT-4o mini, 2 repos per month, and those repos cannot be larger than 10MB in total size
What are the usage limits for AI Code Completions on the free plan and the Pro Plan?
On Bito’s free plan, users can utilize up to 300 AI Code Completions each month, with a daily limit of 75 completions.
Can I purchase features a-la-carte?
Sorry, but you can’t purchase features a-la-carte. We’ve carefully designed our plans to align with different phases of your software development journey.
Can I pay annually and get a discount?
Today, we only offer monthly plans. Because our paid plans are new, we want to get feedback, before offering annual plans.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely, you can cancel, downgrade, or upgrade your plan at any time. If you do cancel your paid plan will be valid until the end of the month. We do not offer refunds.
