Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Intelligence Studies, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an Associate degree with significant operational experience

Experience Requirements:

• At least five years in intelligence analysis within the U.S. intelligence community, preferably with exposure to military or other intelligence sectors

Other Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship with Top Secret/SCI Clearance

• Must meet ICD 704 eligibility criteria without waivers or conditions

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design and execution of projects that leverage advanced technologies like Vertex AI and Document AI to solve complex problems within the federal sector

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that are both effective and scalable, ensuring alignment with federal regulations and organizational goals

• Analyze emerging trends and technologies to inform strategic decisions, positioning Aretec as a leader in federal contracting

Education Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. Recent graduates may also be considered

Experience Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, Python, and SQL. Familiarity with sports analytics platforms is a plus

• Basic understanding of statistical techniques (regression analysis, correlation, hypothesis testing, etc.)

• Passion for sports and understanding of various sports

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data findings in an easy-to-understand format

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and organizing data from various sources, including game statistics, player performance data, and historical records

• Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and reliability of information

• Help with cleaning and preprocessing raw data to make it suitable for analysis

• Analyze sports data using statistical methods and software (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SQL, etc.) to generate insights about player performance, team dynamics, and other relevant metrics

• Support the creation of visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to present data findings in a clear and understandable way
