Experience Requirements:

• Proven B2B sales leadership experience, exceeding targets

• Proven experience at early-stage startups in the cyber security industry

• Proven ability to position new and innovative products and service offering against competitors

• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Security Operations, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting

• Strong relationship building skills and natural comfort level working with and developing executive business relationships with industry C-level executives

Responsibilities:

• Drive the entire sales process, target top prospects, generate lead activity, identify solutions, and negotiate and close deals

• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving Andesite’s sales goals, including new and existing accounts

• Lead and manage sales activities both inbound and outbound, operations, and resources to deliver successful outcomes

• Leverage new and existing industry relationships to gain access to Global 500, with a focus on Financial Institution, Technology, Power and Energy, and Healthcare

• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
