Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or relevant field

Experience Requirements:

• 12+ years of relevant experience in (bio)pharma project management and/or related discipline

Other Requirements:

• Superior written, verbal communication, organizational and people skills

• Highly collaborative and a strong team player with a track record of effectively managing diverse, cross-functional teams to drive successful execution on program strategy

• Expertise in creating and maintaining relevant program deliverables

• Solid capabilities with project management tools, experience with Smartsheet strongly preferred

• Experience working with external partners is a plus

• Oncology drug development experience required, with early-stage experience (Ph 1/2) preferred

• Experience in ADC development is strongly preferred

• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain assigned project/program(s) timelines and interdependencies

• Provide project coordination and communication in support of cross-functional team(s)

• Establish and maintain metrics to track projects and provide real-time reporting of project status

• Identify issues and risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies

• Coordinate and lead all aspects of internal project meetings, including agenda drafting and documentation of key discussion points, decisions, and action items

Responsibilities:

• Partners with operations and strategy leaders to develop, implement and sustain the Enterprise Performance Management System.

• Works with executives and management to establish clear goals for the enterprise and employees – inclusive of incentive-based opportunities – ensuring connectivity to Summa’s overall strategic plan.

• Collaborates with the Chief Human Resources Officer and other leaders to establish the process for monitoring employee performance against measurable goals and providing feedback for improvement, including learning and development.

• Provides training and support as required for the Enterprise Performance Management System and its processes.

• Creates and communicates reports and appraisals (via dashboards, business reviews, etc.) to ensure performance is shared in a responsible and transparent fashion across the enterprise, at organizational and individual levels.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years working with Global Manufacturing Organization – with multi-site exposure.

• P&L Experience a Must – With Multi-Site Responsibility

• Blended Lean/CI Skills – Operations (& any Commercial an added plus)

• Ability to Travel is a must
