Education Requirements:
Must hold AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader certification
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of experience in technical deployment, implementation, or technical account management
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (Agile and DevOps)
Proven experience serving enterprise clients
Experience with process documentation and playbooks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Other Requirements:
Hybrid policy: 3 days a week in NYC office
Responsibilities:
Lead and orchestrate successful implementations and long-term customer engagements
Primary lead on new customer deployments including SSO and connectors setup
Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live through renewal
Create and execute joint success plans driving adoption and engagement
Monitor and report on deployment progress and adoption metrics
