Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

• LLM Expertise: Experience in developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain). Strong knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI

• NLP Expertise: Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.

• Vector Databases: Experience in working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) to store and manage high-dimensional data for similarity searches and recommendation engines.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently as well as part of a team.

• Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to inform model development and extract actionable insights.Feature Engineering: Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance and accuracy.Model Training: Train and fine-tune machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques.Model Optimization: Evaluate and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and AI to continuously enhance our platform.Testing and Maintenance: Implement and maintain robust testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of machine learning solutions.Documentation: Document processes, models, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility

Education Requirements:

• Proven experience as a System Architect or Tech Lead, with a track record of successfully designing and implementing complex systems

Other Requirements:

• Integration: Design and manage integrations with third-party services, APIs, and internal systems, enhancing the platform’s capabilities.
