Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering with a focus on implementing and maintaining secure systems at scale

Other Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native security including AWS/GCP/Azure, IAM, container security, and microservices architecture

• Ability to write maintainable and secure code in Python and other languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript

• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks and standards, such as OWASP, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR

• Strong ability to identify and mitigate risks in complex environments and systems design

• Outstanding skills in translating technical security concepts across all organizational levels

Responsibilities:

• Safeguard Innovation: Build security for large-scale AI clusters, implementing robust cloud security architecture including IAM, network segmentation, and encryption controls

• Develop Secure Infrastructure: Design secure-by-design workflows across our services and cloud infrastructure, leveraging your expertise in AWS/GCP/Azure security services, Kubernetes security, and container orchestration

• Integrate Security Practices: Embed security into our software development lifecycle, developing security automation tools and performing static and dynamic code analysis to detect vulnerabilities

• Lead Threat Mitigation: Conduct threat modeling to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, providing insights and guidance to prioritize remediation efforts

• Mentor and Educate: Provide security training, guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of security awareness and excellence
